water so coming to the point guys , water , we all know about it's effects and beneffits and all about ti . the only simplest way to recognise it by doing the right way of it . i know u don't get , but what i mean is the water is essentil but is also results the damaging parts of the body . yes guys . normal people dion't know about it , hence , doctor know its silent features . it can be dangers . drinking water evertime without any need is harmful . drinking water with slowly breathing is helpful in varoius no. of ways .make sure that always drink water when there's a need to drink , don't drink casuallly . always remember that drink water not in tons , as it suggested that u should drink water at least 2-3 litres , but if u 'll gradually start to drink then , it ll be fine , if not . if you suddenly starts drinking water without any pause for eg. as till yerster...
