how to get or make our eyes healthly and what not ??/
early to bed and early to rise , makes a man healthy , wealthy and wise .
this statement is true but this is true with only those who has suffered from illness and can not be recovered again or who can not afford to be like that .this is problem within we middle family ones , ya even i also belong to a middle family but not mind . actually this habbit is very common among the rich and the poor why ???? rich as they need to make money and have greater no. of responsibility of family specially money , so in order to make organic these things , they go more in the directions of finding and being healthy .....what about poor ? they always wake up for their children and children and their food , in order to search for everything , they go everywhere inseach of food and shelter .................... middle classes????? middle classes have enough money or money just to fulfill their needs as they didn't give a shit to wake up early in the morning ..
but in todays life , in second wave of covid , we need to wakeup early to be string and healthy and most importantly alive for oue family members . yes ....in order to stay healthy the term of waking up is so important and too that it brings a numerous amount of changes in our selves simultaneously . i m giving an example of my grandmother :::- we were a most famous shops in order to stablise that , they both grandfather and grandmother needed to wakeup early in the morning , as right now she is old a lot and has black hair fully black and shiny hairs truely , she used to tell me that she used to wakeup early in the morning at4 , really , and now also she used to sleep at night 12 and wakeup at correctly at 4 , such an accurate measurement right ! , that thing we need to understand , ill my story for waking up early every morning , as im a very lazy bird really really a a very very lazy bird , during covid , is slept for 2 days straight only just ate and watch tv not tv yr now toh netflix is on man ..... covid has make our lifes worse than ever , really this is second wave of covid and it is said that it spreads through air that means in first wave , we just only need to not go out but now , we cannot go up in our house and interacts with air ....really this virus is dangerous man !!!
now my story i woke up due to some very important meeting of first yr that means april that was a huge day , i woke up at 5 this is used to happen with our first day right !! but second day , i was worst the meeting too becomes fast at 4 , oh my god !!!! , but then the days got worst , firstly the meeting was offline till then , so for that i have to prepare myself and i used to wake up at 3:30 correct but the worst thing was about waking up .... but then the second wave came timming again changed from 5 to 6 , the first day i woke late but from then i started waking up at correct starting time of the meeting , and was really bad , used to say that my camera is not working sometimes i got mixed up ./////

so i told u the art or the habbit of waking up is really really important no matter how u r ??? it's important ,
by just waking up , u can get a numerous number of beneffits :::--

better digestion
increases concentration
cures pains of body
reduces stress
better health
increases consciousness
improves eyesight
and many more .......... now i'll explain how can u get all these beneffits together bcoz we cannot get all only just by waking up early , we need to do something to all of them to achieve this :::

for black hairs we have a great impact on waht we eat in a day but before that il tell hoe hairs remain black under influence of atmospheric oxygen , it becomes black after oxidising now what is it ?? it is just a burning in air , ya and throughout your life your hair would be healthy abd beautiful ..... actually u put colors in yours hairs to look more glossy and good but the ultimate thing is to remain away the product reviles that there's no use of ammonia , a dangerous compound containing beaching agent , how can u do that in home colouring as use bleaching agent called baking soda for that and lemon , hye don't use it hn , ,,, it makes your hair dry and very frizzy .... so this was the remedy . even if u r an adult , u should walk at least a bit in the morning to stay calm and healthy .
better digestion is not just comes when u wakeup early but , before getting out of the bed , u should thank god for everything that he;s provided us a s a gift ..
