types of refreshing juices ?? let's drink why juices??

 hey and hi everyone , today m going to tell u about some juices which u should drink and what mistakes that i do while just simply making .

just believe me your juices would be fine . as what i learnt from my mistakes past ahead .

so let's get started :-


so firstly , i would tell u about juices first ....................................






 WHY JUICES ?? WHAT'S THE NEED ? 


so people juices are actually the part of our digestion . it is suggested that juices of fruits or  watery and pulpy juices are given to those who gets suffered from specific disease or to those who had lost their digestion power .. ya m i wrong !!! comment .

juices are taken for that purposes also but for everybody for cleansing inside your body from toxins and provide u as a cleaner inside your body . it makes body clean and active for digestion . when u fast and specially when u keep juice fast  and then , come to normal stage , the food that u eat is excellently digested in your body . actually what happens sometimes when u eat good amount and healthy food with bad and toxified stomach , u eat healthy food as if it is going to provide u nutrition but that's not for eg:- yesterday u drank , and today in order to stay fit , u r eating fruits and healthy egg or something sort of that , thinking that this will provide u nutrition but guys no that will going to destroy u until and unless that  will remove from your body . 

so juices are actually your part of cleanser and all should drink juices at least once in week that is suggested to everyone . but if u drank daily juices , than u would have diarrhoea .

HOW TO MAKE JUICES ???  



see it depend upon u how u prefer to make any specific type of juice , what i do to make juice is grind it in some times in grinder or u can say chopper , i make juices always in jar , where as sometimes or seldom i make juices in chopper , in chopper if in case u don't have machine or light , u can use chopper instead and as according to me , what i do i prefer to make juices of fleshy and watery fruits in chopper and non fleshy in grinder . fleshy or watery fruits include mango , tomato , cucumber , not apple ok , orange , not mausami , and many more like watermelon , muskmelon and grapes , strawberry , not beetroot etc.






so 

LET'S MAKE JUICES  

1. spinach juices :- this juice has good texture , nice color but bad in taste , i think according to me it is best and healthiest option but has a fine taste that means no taste .


firstly :- spinach + apple maybe green apple that u have + ginger + orange .

the prepared juices has refreshing taste and is very very sweet taste due to apple , but it depends on the apple that u r using the advised is take green apple that will boost tasty and immune system . u can add mint to it while making for more refreshment .


2. beetroot :- this juice is refreshing as well as it is healthiest as red colour boosts red blood cells in our body . fruits like tomato , beetroot , apple , pomegranate , and all red things not chilli induces or produces red blood cells in our body and prevents anaemia and improves clotting of blood . in order to repairment this juice can be given to old agers also as means all the juices are allowed for old agers bcoz they have the problem of digestion which juice enables . ispit some other juices , all juices are well applicable for adults and old agers . even a bonus tip for u all that if adults would drink these juices , they will increase their lives specially and would have a good digestion system , they would generate activeness and they will be more active and alert . so yah ,,.........


let's make it :- 

beetroot only one + apple for sweeten again m telling use green apple as possible as u can bcoz in this juice the taste would very bad and it looks like wow coloured juices but believe i need to throw this particular juice .. so make sure that u put green apple or fresh apple +ginger it's optional and this is for winter season + ya that's it , try it u will fell love with it ..

ok so additional tip to make this juice more wowie that use orange juice in it , omg omg then click a lot of pics before drinking and enjoy this meal . 

3. cucumber juice :- ok , while making this juice , u always remember that the cucumber that u r taking should be fresh and sweet . really because it happens with me that first time i want to make juice and was busy for online work , in a hurry i peeled and put cucumber as it is in jar and make 4 glasses of juice with it , while drinking i recognised that juice was bad and it taste bitter , and u know that i threw it ....so plz don't do with yourself .  so what do u really need cucumber +  water +lemon +  cold water + black salt + black pepper + table salt + and sugar to sweeten it's optional that depends on u . first  taste and then pour sugar in it .


while making it , add lemon and water to jar and then grind additional tip u can add mint for flavour and freshness . make sure that u add black salt and pepper both := bcoz this is essential otherwise u will get sick with this drink .












4.fresh lemon juice :- it's very simple and classic dink . if u don't have anything at your home , u can drink it :- it helps in fat loss weight loss  and has numerous benefits on digestive system . what do u need to do is just take lemon and add water to it , in india we call it as shikanji , for that  squeeze lemon and water to jar or something , now jaljeera or chat masala ,


then add some sugar to it , mix it well and have it , for sizzling and making the drink more attractive and freshy , add some mint leaves to it and raw lime or lemon to it . u can add soda and enjoy this healthy freshy drink with your friends and family . it is well during summer , i ll not suggest this drink in winter's specially.

5.lime juice :- this is most well and fat burning drink , the above one was fat loosing but this burning , yes , ok what need to do is , in water don't squeeze anything , add lime water which are half cut lime and sugar and small quantity of water , now press it until it makes half or one fourth watery , then add water cold water to it . can add soda that will make a very nice drink with best taste . use soda . can use water and add some fresh mint leaves and  enjoy this drink with friends and family again .

this is the most simple ones if in case u don't have certain amount of fruits in your home , u can go with these some .

6.simple classic drink  :- this is particular juice which is simple and classic , use any type sounf juices like any specific juicy fruits called mango , make juices  of mango and drink . take any juicy fruit at your home and make juice that will also help in your health benefit .











7.pomegranate juice :- this juice can be easily made at home but  what i suggest not to do this :- this is particular juice which is for specially older age people not the teens or children ,


these are recommended for only children small ones or old age , i m talking about very old agers , who cannot eat . if u r not of this age category and drinking this juice , so u r wasting your money , time and efforts seriously instead u give money or give pomegranate to poor one . this is wastage of pomegranate pulp . the fruit pomegranate contains a lot of fibres and good essentials nutrients which helps us to generate bloods cells in our body . make sure that u east pomegranate in it raw form . 

8.papaya pulp juice  ;- this is my personal favourite juice and also i love this , people with constipation can try this . they don't have to do something , even stop eating medicines and try this , it will 101 % will work . all u need is on papaya , instead of eating it , cut all the fruit and then mix in grinder and have taste , this is basic in taste  no sour or sweet , will taste ok ok types .


for making this better and tasty add some salt but that should be black salt . and there's your drink ready . 










9.kiwi juice :- so this is the juice prepared by kiwi , make use of pulp cut and slice it and make juice in grinder , this juice also taste sour and naturally tasty because it has lemon properties in it , and is good and best for health .. it is vital and essential for building up muscles and your immunity . it has several beneffits  but it has high price in market . 











10.mango fruity juice :- this juice is mentioned in above simple classic juice .


11.apple juices :- so how to make it , add apple and water to it , add small quantity of wate to it , and have it . plz make  sure  that add black slat to it so that it will not effect to your immunity , if in case u r sensitive , u will get cold while drinking this juice . for that add some salt or black salt     .

















12.carrot juice :- this is i think best juice in terms of seeig and looking . drink to get best benefit of it . what to do to make this is  jst take water and dilute it with carrot , beetroot , apple


yummmmmmmmmmm.......... means it's your complete breakfast recipes . u don't need to make any oats sort of stuff or eat bread or something . drink this . this is like a smoothiee and also look good while drinking . i tell u one thing that u don't need to put lipstick to your face as it gives naturally colour to your lips .

13.green leafy juice :- so in this juice , the booster spinach and apple will detox your mind and health as well , so in order to stay healthy this is perfect  actually the main point is that this juice is not drank everyday , it's only and only taken during fasting specially or something where u can skip food for a day not one meal , for one day .


this is juice is perfect but the best thing aout is that u cn use this detox juice for smoothie as breakfast  , actually what happens , when u drink this juice full day as at morning u took smoothie out of it , and at meal time u can prefer the juice extracted from this juice pulp . that's sort u can manage your health as well as the mind and body . spinach , green apple or other apples for sweetness only , lemon , mint and green coriander for designing . le me know if u like !! in comments

14.sugarcane juice :- his is my fav and best detox juice ever found . if u have a choice to drink sugarcane juice and oter juices , plz do try this juice because thia is a juice which is ahead of other juices , the thing what i ment is that this juice is super for all agers and growing ones . in addition to this juice is booster and power backup , it's complete meal and gives a lot of amounts of nutrients to u . . so this is particular juice which like father of all the juices present in the kitchen . the juice consists of


sugarcane , mint for freshness, lemon juice , black salt , sometimes black pepper is seen .  the best part of this juices , that please don't waste this type of juice as this is a particular juice which is extracted from sugarcane which grows for a long time , it usually takes a longer time than other juices to grow .

15.coconut water    :-  this water which several different amounts of nutrients and with no abuse that means it has water containing nutritions which is not harmed by human for their commercial advantages , as nowadays people for their commercial growth do misuse of certain natural fruits and vegetables , like injecting something it and that will create harm to our body . this is considered to be one of the most natural water which cannot be harmed that means people cannot infect this water inside it , the gift of mother nature . this water is my favourite and specially it is suggested to those who has chronic acidic problems , it acts as basic medium for all those acidic refluxes and such types of diseases and can relief in the problems of digestion also .


it is very mild basic ingredient that can be taken with fruits as a natural cereal and can taken as raw inside our body , has no side effects in our body but the thing we need to keep in mind that is how to judge the water , is it acidic or basic or drinkable , this is thing which is very important as the water has a lot beneffites with no side effects in it but in addition to it has a lot of bad effects in body as well  when taken as bad . the thing is to be kept in mind whenever u drink it , it should be mind , bitter , not bitter but mildly bitter in taste and has no taste , the taste should not be acidic plz do keep in mind this . ...........this helps u in growing of tissues and acts as cleanser to ur skin .


16. watermelon juice :- this is the particular juice which can be taken as  a refresher and refreshment for the day , as the bad day or lazy day is going , if u don't have time to eat any watermelon or u r rushing , the simple thing is to do make juice out of it , how to make ? it is very important as the seeds of watermelon crushed and can may cause stones in your kidneys and can have bad side effects . watermelon juice can be formed by just taking watermelon and with water specially with ice cubed water and make sure that u spell out all the seeds first instead the easiest thing u can do is just take chpper not grinder , take chopper and just chop  it and make it as watery not seeds okay ,.... and if u don't have chopper make use of your hand , take glass and likewise we make mojito of watermelon , that and press that watermelon and sugar if u want , and add mint leaf if u can . and enjoy 


actually the methods m telling u is mine tested and realible for health . and this are the easiest methods that should be done to in any way .......if u know some other methods comment me either follow me insta or on snapchat .








17. tomato :-  this is a particular juice which helps us  in the production of vitamin c  in our body whoch fights the diseases or the other organism externally entering our body . also in addition to it , this juice can build your RBCs as it is red in colour and every red colour has the capability to produce red blood cells or blood cells . this juice is very simple and i suggest it to drink everyday as i ll told u in this blog . let see how it is been made :- we need tomato as per people u can select the number of tomatoes in it , the next thing is that we need is black salt and black peper bcoz that changed it to produce more , the thing what i mean that the pepper and salt will induce more and pushes tomato juice in our body to show its beneffits .


so do try this . and and and and and make sure that u drink this juice with pulp don't leave outside , the pulp s for them who doesn't eat or children or for those who cannot digest food properly itself . for making this juice more tempting add some lemon juice , carrot juice , orange juice and mint for further activation .





18 .grapes :- same as lychee wastage juice ony given to those who cannot eat , chew or children who  are very small , or to those who are grand which cannot eat properly and cannot digests the food . for those it's beneficial . 












19. lychee :- this is juice which can be useful but i prefer et lychee as it is good but can be eat bcoz according to me this making of this particular juice is waste of time totally waste of time . this juices can e useful for only children and old ones , and can be beneffit to them only who can not eat properly at home and has certain types of medications , . the only beneffits is this juice is eat it  naturally , as the fibre on the layer of it juice can make your digestive system good to body and healthy as well , the


bonus tip for u all that the fibre that r present in hard fruits or some fleshy fruits ike lychee , orange the pulp tat we get after extracting juices from it is very useful for the process of digestion . it keeps the motion of your excreata good and helps in constipation .
