so coming to the point guys ,
water , we all know about it's effects and beneffits and all about ti . the only simplest way to recognise it by doing the right way of it .
i know u don't get , but what i mean is the water is essentil but is also results the damaging parts of the body . yes guys . normal people dion't know about it , hence , doctor know its silent features . it can be dangers .
drinking water evertime without any need is harmful . drinking water with slowly breathing is helpful in varoius no. of ways .make sure that always drink water when there's a need to drink , don't drink casuallly . always remember that drink water not in tons , as it suggested that u should drink water at least 2-3 litres , but if u 'll gradually start to drink then , it ll be fine , if not . if you suddenly starts drinking water without any pause for eg. as till yersteraday , u were drinking water at least half a litre but the next day , u come to know about the beneffits of it , and u suddenly started drinking 2-3 litres from the next day , huge mistake huge mistake . it will force on your kidneys , that results the pain in your back from spine to tighs very drastic ..... never do this
learn from my story , when i started drinking water about 2-3 litre when , i get to know about the effects and bemnffits of drinking water , that day i suddenly drink 2-3 litres or more bcoz , u never know the exact mesurement of the water in litres . and from then , i have pains like as if im having menstrual cycles , yes the one of the most painful days are the menstrual days of the girls or womens , and those pains lasts at least for 1 week . it was so painful really .
water is great important but sometimes it may cause .
