see for growing good we need to follow diet plan to raise our child better than other children out there , we usually see many kids having certain number of problems in their body nd mind , some are deaf but some children being stri=ong have need of special care .
the strongest kid , youngsters, and ammny teens are these from films and part of television , they take a special care of themselves to grow n life more further . 
talking about our kids , there are healthy but not stri=ong as those kids . the factor is also responsible , not only child but it totally depends on mother how she nutritiond their kids and specialised treatment for them .
as we know the good shiny faces are more needful things among teens and youths i their life to be married or make simply boyfrins or girlfriend or more going into the acting career but the solution is not cosmetics they use , but the solution is hidden in the diet u take daily , 

DID U TAKE FRIES OR STEAMED POTATO ? / POPCORNS OR FRIED GHEE MAKHANE IN YOUR DIET ???
IT ALL DEPENDSON U ??
eting always good is not meant by me , continuously consuming these items which are not at all good for health is not a good option . 
LET ME TELL U ABOUT MY ACTOR FRIEND ???    in the initial days when the job was new , she keep on focusing on the diet so that she could good at camera and all but when she became famous and begin to flying in the sir , I suggested her not to drink , not to eat bad but what she did ??? enjoying in the parties drinking wines and beers and having fun . everyday she used to have maggi in the morning , just chips and snacks from outside in the evening and maggi and parties at nights , I helped her a lot to recoh=gnise but she didn't  listen as she was my bestiie and every night I used to stay and party with her . i and her study at same college as we used to buy clothes together and means having fun . u must be thinking who am I ???? yes m girl ?????... ok so what happens next , after two months , she was irregular in periods , having vomits of foods tat she ate , she was getting deteriorated , even we faced to adit her int he hospital and that was the last option after that . the problems that she faced was hair falling , having acne and all the read patches covered in the body .....

finally she took osth to not eat bad again .......hope u inspire after listening this stories ,...


coming to the point 
we teens want to have glow in the skin , in odreder to bring glowy skin , we need to eat dry fruits seriously yes , instead of eating popcorn , we should enjoy with our fried makhane on the gheee oils , yes we need to have shikanji or juices that we like instead of having cold and soft drinks . 
these many things can make  healthy ..

SPECILLAYY FOR TEENS AND ALL OF THEM THERE 
the importance of health u will get to know at the age of senecee or old age , now u don't have that feeling of weaknesses with yourself and having and enjoying fun with ...its not a crime to enjoy and eat bad food but not in excess .



make sure that u don't eat food in excess .....EXCESS OF EVERTHING IS BAD .....

                                       PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE .
