this is a very frequent asked question from my site and your comment and questions on instagram , even i haven't shown u that also ...

let me tell you that i'm a girl and starting this program with partnership with on girl , and we both wanted to make this world aware of which all certain things we saw this yr . 

HOW IT STARTED ? 

actually i like to read books on nature , yoga , dietitics , nutrition and many more books on health topics . from a very young age , my father used to bring enclopedia for me . he don't brought me books frequently actually my mother was interested me to read more books on these topics and forced me to read books of novels and etc etc , since even i don't know . seriously , i had an ample of books inside my shelf having it . 

ACTUALLY WHAT HAPPENS ?? one day or we can say one night , we usually having simple old days routine , due to schools at morning , we get down early at bed ...so my father called me that these are some books that he got to me , and i was thinking like  why actually he never brought me books .... so i had a look on that books and from that day , i got special interest in biology seriously , even i don't know whether i took my subjects pcmb , bio or maths as optional ..

and those books are kept today also and i brought up a lot of books from library specially read and understand but i never apply those education in real life . not education , it's knowledge i never applied those knowledge in real life . 

WHY I STARTED  ???

actually what happened to me , since class 10 was there an was no lockdown , im talking before corona so actually after my results , as 91% and my friends 88 , 82 , 87 % , they were getting phones , ipad , mac and what not ? in lockdown . i asked my father to bring books as we had no money left in our family . we were just saving for another lockdown , so what happen ..... i ruin to my father to bring  books . he brought  and as u know i aggarwal , we oue biggest money savers and traders , that was of $37 and that was hard to believe , now u can calculate book 37into 70 that means my book was of approximately 259 and total books price was 595 . imagine 

FROM HERE FINALLY STARTS ?/

although he brought me book but  the lines which he said has lead to this HE SAID TO ME WHILE GIVING BOOKS that what are u going to do with these books , u gonna just read it and throw it what else , instead read ur course books to achieve something ? that made me conscious and think about the answer after all , i watched one video on Youtube , than i realised that i have interest in reading and i can do something on this why not !! if not , this knowledge is about health and plus im not using in my daily life also so what is the use ??? we all neglect that our parents say but in vein , try to ask all those questions to yourself , u can get time and success for your life .truely ...... even m asking you all this question quickly comment down below fast Q. WHY YOU ALL USE INSTA OR SOCIAL APPS ?? answer me the genuine reasons comment . wait think and after that i'd reply u ..... as for me why m using ? my answer is due to your questions , actually some questions or answers are so big , we need a social platforms to talk as i had telegram channel also and i give all answers to your questions on sundays .... so stay tuned for that . 

and was my reason and that how i started recently for u all this ????

i started is to educate on the topic health and its beneffits and many more .. now ull ask why need or what is the need to send like that , so let me tell u that what i read is micronutrients and macronutrients ?/ now people who r in commerce  or buiseness site or humanities cannot get it . so in order to make u understand i decode this language into fruits , pulses , wheat , vitamins and proteins and many more .

WHAT IS ABOUT THIS WEBSITE ? seriously everybody , when ull scroll and look into it , u ll find a lot of stuffs that would help u , ill tell why doctors are incorrect , why people suffer from diseases or discomfort ? ill tell the cure of corona or disease with the help of mother nature that will make u alive for yrs .   i'll tell u how to put control on your diet to stay happy and calm for years

  what is plasma ? why people are asking to donate it ? how corona will be cured by help of it ??  plasma right now , plasma ........  is most important thing of our body . let's learn :+} plasma ok so this is term which is used for buiding up our white blood cells inside our bodies for resistivity for diseases and for repairment for the tissues . actually in a very simple language , i will let u know what is it ? know keep pateince and read , plasma is present n our blood , actually blood consists of two things that means in blood , there are two types of things by which blood is made up of , plasma and some blodd cells that are embedded in it . or we can say that the blood cells whch are inside it and plasma providing it as a medium for them cells .  actaully we have two types of cells in our body :- red blood cells and white blood cells and platelets . these are important for our body and corona but withour plasma it's not active , withour plasma it is not at all...
