why we suffered very harshly from diseases frequently ?? why ??? how ??
so for curing these questions in our daily part of life, we want to be disease-free but in this harsh way of life, we usually struct .........so now I'm going to tell basic mantra for curing any disease either is it cancer to tb ?? whatever ///
let's go always detox your body. yes how ??
- use water .as solvent.
- do oil pulling control on your diet.
- focus on your diet as both control and focus are different works.
- a balanced diet should be taken diet at the right time dieting with age.
- fasting
- exercises
- yoga
so let's talk about it in brief .......
____------ok ... detoxifying your body is ver essentially good for every one of us, as the ingredients for this would be either take water, juices, nicely tongue scrapper, and controlling diet .completly detoxifying means that u r feeling awesome, energy levels up and wanted to enjoy. whereas when u r filled with dirty and mysterious dirt, then u feel so lazy and wanted to do nothing except sleeping ......
I truly saying after detoxifying your body, u feel like enjoying the world, all have a smile on your face, wanting o do something amazing works.
the reason why have I chosen a different bracket for water bcoz water contains a lot of minerals in it , itself, even if u r a patient of stones of kidneys, u should drink more and more water to flush out that one. water is very essential.... how to do drink is very important to ?////I mean that how many fruits contain water out there a number things where we can find water so instead of drinking normal water, we can go for some of these items.
taking water as a source we enjoy drinking. plz, don't drink water forcefully never ever plz.
the next thing is doing oil pulling, the thing you need to do is to take some.
so now
focusing on how we suffer from diseases very frequently ?? I mean what is that mistake that we do while living and getting a disease very easily.
so let's take up a look at this scenario:::
@bad eating habits :::- eating that includes a lot of factors in it like, eating junk foods, how's eating, eat while watching tv, eating while crying, and several factors influence u eating and hence, they make u sulky and unfresh to live life .and the diseases come to u for forever.
firstly we need to improve our eating hab\its and drinking habits. drink water but never drink if you don't want water, drink water whenever u want to drink. and eat healthy, natural living foods like fruits and vegetables, and don't forget to eat rottis and chapattis make a balance while eating these things.
next will be the reason for getting suffered is exercises .lack of exercises leads to the oncoming of the diseases. make sure that u exercises,ummmm.......
ok telling u::-- exercises include normal stretching that u all can do that at home, some related to hard once which u can do in some cases if there's no need, so don't do those exercises, instead of that do some yoga postures simple yoga .at home
now what r the benefits of yoga in the simple human body that it helps to improve your external as well as the internal organs of the body, it keeps all the conditionings of the body organs similarly and can give a good posture to yourself.
the people who are about to lose weight and thinking to get a good belly and having a perfect posture, plz my recommendation for u all is yoga. yoga provides u everything, now u must have seen these Bollywood actors who wanted to go strong are going for yoga these days instead of exercising in it gym in this covid period.
corona omg....omg.......deadly virus .killed thousands of people, I have put some information about this, I'm not talking about the information that u know, in-depth information that how can one single measure can save your life, even if u are not wearing masks and gloves and sanitizer, truly, not trusting me, all see next day. ok, this is one of the deadly diseases that we come from china and was one of the biggest pandemics ever...
